PM Residency Men’s Hostel – No Return & Refund Policy
1. General Policy
At PM Residency Men’s Hostel, all admissions, payments, and bookings are considered final and non-refundable. Once payment is made, it indicates that the inmate has read, understood, and agreed to all hostel terms and conditions.
2. No Refund on Fees or Deposits

Hostel fees (including rent, maintenance, and mess fees) once paid will not be refunded, transferred, or adjusted under any circumstances.

Security deposits will be refunded only upon proper check-out, after verification of hostel property and clearance of all dues.
Non refundable Security deposit of Rs:1500 must be made at the time of admission or else it will be adjusted at the time of Vacating the room.

If an inmate vacates the hostel before the agreed duration, no refund will be made for the remaining period.

Any advance payment or partial payment made towards admission or reservation is non-refundable, even if the inmate decides not to occupy the room.
3. No Refund in Case of Misconduct or Violation
If an inmate is expelled or terminated due to:

Misbehavior, indiscipline, or violation of hostel rules,
-
Misuse or damage of property,
-
Non-payment or delayed payment of fees,
-
Involvement in illegal or prohibited activities,
then no refund or return of deposit/fees will be entertained. The management reserves the right to forfeit the entire amount paid.
4. No Refund for Facility Non-Usage
There will be no reduction or refund of fees for:

Non-utilization of mess, laundry, or any other service,

Leave, vacation, or temporary absence from the hostel,

Power cuts, water shortages, or unavoidable maintenance interruptions.
5. Transfer and Adjustment
Payments made for a particular term, room, or facility cannot be transferred or adjusted to another inmate or future period under any circumstances.
6. Management Rights
The management of PM Residency Men’s Hostel reserves the right to:

Modify, update, or interpret this policy at any time without prior notice.

Make the final decision in all refund-related matters.
All decisions made by the management shall be final and binding on the inmates.
Declaration:
By signing the admission form or making payment, the inmate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the No Return & Refund Policy of PM Residency Men’s Hostel and shall not dispute or claim any refund thereafter.
